Returns and Refunds Policy

At Hues and Havens, we are committed to delivering high quality products and hope to delight you with our product and delivery experience. However, if you still want to return your product, we have got you covered.

RETURNS POLICY

We maintain a 60-days return policy, provided the following conditions are met - 

In Case of Damage

It is your responsibility to inspect your product upon delivery. Any damage that occurs upon delivery must be noted on the delivery receipt and reported immediately. Any damage not noted on the delivery receipt will be considered to be customer damage, and not warranted. If not reported within 14 days of delivery, the defects and variances will be considered “acceptable” and will not be accepted for return or exchange. We will work with you to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

In case of Manufacturing Issue

Should you discover a manufacturer defect, please contact us at support@huesandhavens.com within 60 days of receipt.

In case of other reasons

A 10% restocking fee and redelivery fee will be applied to merchandise that is returned or exchanged for reasons other than manufacturer defect or damage.

To process a return or exchange, we require the items are returned with all original packaging, including all tags or boxes.

Exceptions to the above policy -  Special Order merchandise cannot be returned, cancelled or exchanged for any reason other than manufacturer defect or damage. Discontinued and Clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged. Before finalizing your purchase, please verify clearance measurements of doors, stairways, elevators and hallways. Restocking and reshipping fees mentioned above will apply should your ordered items not fit through these areas.

CREDITS & REFUNDS

Upon return, your item will be inspected and exchanges, credits or refunds will be issued for the purchase price. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with applicable laws.

Hues and Havens reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in as-new condition due to damage or misuse by the client.

Items non-eligible for returns or exchanges:

  • Items without an original receipt
  • Final/ Clearance sale items
  • Items damaged through normal wear and tear
  • Product damage not reported on the delivery receipt

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. If a purchase is made with a rewards certificate and the merchandise is returned, the reward is forfeited, unless making an exchange of equal or greater value at the time of return. It is your responsibility to ensure furnishings fit through all interior structures and into the desired space. Items that are returned or exchanged due to size will be refunded only in the form of a site gift card minus the initial delivery fee and/or restocking fee. Refunds will be processed once it has been received and inspected at our warehouse. Depending on your pick up location, the processing of this refund can take up to 30 days.
