1. How can I track my order?
You can log into their customer account and track you order on the order status page. If you have made a purchase without creating an account, you might be required to verify your email address or phone number along with the order number to view the order details. You can locate the order number in the order confirmation sent to you by email or phone

2. How can I edit or cancel my order?
You can login to your account and select the order that you want to cancel from order history. If the order has been processed or cannot be cancelled for any other reason, then you will be covered under and Return and Refunds policy. 3. How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free of charge. Standard Delivery time is typically 6-14 business days. We recommend budgeting in a couple more days to account for global carrier delays.

4. How do I change my shipping address?
You can add a new address before ordering the product and select this address during checkout. After the order has been placed, it may still be possible to change your shipping address if the order has not been processed. 5. How do I initiate returns?
Please login to your account and select the items from relevant order that you want to return. Please select the most relevant reason for return and provide additional comments for us to process your return smoothly and understand what went wrong so that we can serve you better in future. 6. What is your return policy?
We offer 60 days easy return policy, however there will be 10% restocking fee and redelivery fee will be applied to merchandise that is returned or exchanged for reasons other than manufacturer defect or damage. Please refer to our Returns and Refunds policy for further details.

7. Do you offer in-home design consultations?
Not yet, but we are working on it. Stay tuned!

8. Do you offer installation services?
At the moment, we do not offer installation services but we will soon be offering it.

9. Can I request delivery on the weekend?
It is possible; however, it may cost you extra. Please write to us at cs@huesandhavens.com mentioning your order number and we will get back to you with further details.
